The engineering expertise behind your custom robot
If your autonomous mobile robot (AMR) needs to turn in place, move sideways, or navigate tight corridors-without sacrificing load capacity-you’re in the right place. We specialize in custom robot design with omnidirectional and mecanum wheel systems engineered for industrial reliability, precise maneuverability, and seamless integration with advanced payloads-including robotic arms.
Why omnidirectional mobility solves real-world constraints
Traditional differential-drive robots struggle in space-limited environments. Our omni wheel robot design eliminates wasted motion by enabling true 360° movement. Every platform is built using rigorous robot design calculations and validated through dynamic simulation to ensure stability under real operating conditions.
- Zero-radius turns in aisles as narrow as 1.2 m
- Payloads up to 500 kg with optimized robotic load distribution design
- Smooth, vibration-free motion for sensitive tasks-enabled by our robotic compliance mechanism design
- Full compliance with CE, ISO 13482, and ANSI/RIA R15.06 safety standards
Integrated solutions for mobile manipulation
Many clients require more than mobility-they need intelligent manipulation on the move. That’s why we offer end-to-end engineering for mobile manipulators, including:
Our mechanical robotics design process ensures that arm inertia, base acceleration, and wheel slippage are modeled together-so your system performs reliably during high-speed maneuvers.

Frequently Asked Questions
Who owns the intellectual property after the project?
You do. Upon final payment, we transfer all rights to the design of the robot, including CAD files, drawings, and documentation. We sign an NDA and IP assignment agreement before work begins.
Which safety and industry standards do you follow?
All our robotics mechanical design projects comply with ISO 13482 (personal care robots), CE Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC, RoHS, and ANSI/RIA R15.06. We provide full compliance dossiers for certification bodies in the EU and U.S.
What’s included in the delivery package?
You receive: complete robot design blueprints, 3D CAD robot design models (STEP, IGES, native format), bill of materials, assembly instructions, FEA reports, and compliance documentation. Optional: prototype assembly or manufacturing support.
Do you support integration with existing robotic arms or software?
Yes. Our robotics design and development workflow is modular. We integrate with ROS, custom APIs, UR, KUKA, and other industrial arms via standardized mechanical and electrical connection design robot interfaces.
